The ratios were logarithmically converted and categorized into intervals of − 0.75, − 0.5, 0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, which correspond to × 0.18, × 0.32, × 1, × 3.16, × 10, × 31.6, × 100, × 316, × 1000 ULN, respectively.
