KW3110 is incorporated into RAW 264.7 cells. (a) RAW 264.7 cells were incubated with KW3110 for 2–4 h. The incorporation was visualized by TEM. (b) RAW 264.7 cells were incubated with FITC-labeled Lactobacilli for 24 h. The cells were observed by confocal laser scanning microscopy. (c) RAW 264.7 cells were incubated with FITC-labeled Lactobacilli for 24 h. The amount of incorporated Lactobacilli was measured by flow cytometry.
