EGF induces the expression of LDLR through the MAPK signaling pathway and stabilizes LDLR mRNA in MDA-MB-468 cells. MDA468 cells were pre-treated with 20 μM UO126 for 1 h prior to stimulation with 10 ng/mL EGF for two hours and analyzed by (a,b) western blotting for protein expression, n = 3 per condition.
