Distribution of experimentally obtained Ct values for the 100 positive specimen for Target 1, Target 2, and Target 3 are plotted. Only 2/100 (2%) positive sample were found with Ct values slightly higher than LoD or near the assay LoD and as such the sensitivity of detection may be less than 100%. Remaining 98 specimens showed efficient detection of the entire three targets.
