Genome wide off-target evaluation of CRISPR-BEST mediated mutations in the strain preserved and sequenced after the introduction of Stop-codon (p057_0D; 2) in comparison to the same strain that was passed consecutively 20 times in liquid cultures (p057_20D; 3). Mutations, predicted for the WT Illumina dataset (1), used to produce the reference, the level of which can be considered a technical noise.
