From: Retinal blood flow dysregulation precedes neural retinal dysfunction in type 2 diabetic mice
Average systemic and ocular parameters in db/db and db/m mice from 8 to 20 weeks of age. Significant increases were observed in body weight (A) and blood glucose (B) in db/db mice (n = 6) compared with nondiabetic db/m mice (n = 6) by two-way repeated measures ANOVA. In contrast, no significant differences were observed in systemic blood pressure (C), mean arterial blood pressure (D), intraocular pressure (E), and ocular perfusion pressure (F) between two animal groups during follow-up period.
