From: Development of CIDEA reporter mouse model and its application for screening thermogenic drugs
CIDEA reporter mice could reflect responsive CIDEA expression by external stimuli through luminescence and fluorescence. CIDEA reporter mice were treated with CL316,243 (CL, 1 mg/kg) or vehicles (Veh) for 3 consecutive days by intraperitoneal injection. All experiments were conducted 4 h after the last administration.
