BTN2A2-Ig reduces M1 macrophages but increase M2 macrophages in vivo. Splenocytes from CIA mice treated with BTN2A2-Ig or control Ig as in Fig. 5. Cells were analyzed for (A,B) the percentages of F4/80+CD206hiMHCIIlo M2 and F4/80+CD206loMHCIIhi M1, as well as (C,D) the percentages of TNF-α producing F4/80+ macrophages by flow cytometry. Data are shown as mean ± SD from one out of 3 independent experiments with similar results. (n = 6 each experiment each group) **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001 compared with control Ig-treated mice.
