Images in A, C, E show the SHG images in yellow channel overlaid on bright-field images of H&E-stained samples of colon cancer, prostate cancer and basal cell carcinoma, respectively . Images in B, D, F show the same fields of view observed through the eyepiece of a PPM microscope. The third row is a 20× view of a selected ROI from first row, and the tissue area represented in images is 692 × 519 μm.
