In-lysate and Purified RNA Smart-3SEQ RNA-seq data highly correlate. Gene counts correlation between data from RNA-seq libraries prepared from purified and in-lysate for DMSO-, calmidazolium-, and fludrocortisone-treated samples. Values in each plot represents R2 value for Pearson's correlation. Uniquely aligned gene reads were log2-transformed prior to calculating the correlation.
