In-lysate and Purified RNA Smart-3SEQ library prep DGE analysis ranks genes similarly to TruSeq. DGE lists were sorted by q-value and abs(log2FC). For each rank position, the % overlap between lists is shown. A randomly re-ranked list for all detected genes was compared to the TruSeq data. Figure shows top 3000 gene ranks for each method.
