Schematic illustration of fabricating the biocompatible scaffold imbedded GNRs with NIR irradiation. Rabbit chondrocytes were seeded in scaffold imbedded GNRs with NIR irradiation at 633 nm laser. Rabbit chondrocyte proliferation occurred due to thermal circulation of GNRs.
