The nodes were grouped according to their higher abundance in each group (It means that a species can be found in all or at least one group. But they were kept in such a group where it was highly abundant). The microbiomes of the AD showed positive associations between Groups I and II, while Groups III and IV showed negative correlations in terms of energy production with the microbial taxa of the other two groups. The R packages, Hmisc (https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/Hmisc/index.html) package was used to analyze correlation and Gephi (https://gephi.org/) software was utilized to visualize the network plot.
