Volume responses that were acquired experimentally were scaled for obtaining a reference curve and deriving the expansion parameter versus the normalized concentration (B). In panels (C‒F) are illustrated the different views as can be obtained with finite element analysis in ANSYS, namely: cross sections at different locations (C,D), meshed shapes (E), and the holding point area (F).
