Mapping the best timing to perform the second NP PCR test to assess risk for disease deterioration following COVID-19 diagnosis. Probability for deterioration to severe COVID-19 in SARS-CoV-2 positive individuals who tested a second time within the first week following their diagnosis. Adult patients were stratified according to the day in which the second test was performed during the first week post diagnosis. Blue circles represent individuals who tested negative and orange circles represent individuals who tested positive. Grey lines indicate 95% confidence intervals.
