(b) Representation of clonal phylogeny along time. the timescape plot (left) reports on Y-axis the prevalence of each clone while the table (right) describes clonal composition. The column ā€œAlteration in cloneā€ show CNAs defined as ā€œpriorityā€ (bold) and ā€œsecondaryā€ returned by TRONCO for each clone. The term ā€œnewā€ refers to set of clone with no alterations in genes considered for phylogenetic analysis.
