  1. HCU high care unit, ICU intensive care unit, A, B, C…, S, T represent participating institutional (anonymous).
  2. We included 1382 patients who were newly admitted to and discharged from the ICU/HCU, but excluded 172 patients because of missing data; therefore, we collected and analyzed data for 1210 patients.
