Genotypic analysis of fetuses harvested from embryo transfers (ETs). (a) Gel showing fetal genotypes from ET 1, (b) 2 and (c) 4. DNA was extracted from tail tissue and PCR amplified. Gel electrophoresis was done to visualize the 133 bp targeted deletion. Polled amplicon is 1078 bp, horned amplicon is 866 bp and expected size with deletion is 733 bp. Polled maternal DNA contamination can be seen in fetuses from ET1 (1078 bp bands).
