The antibody panel (Anti-KANK2, Anti-GLI1, Anti-SUMO2) was obtained from lasso logistic regression model with a sensitivity of 37% (95% CI 0.17–0.67%) at 90% specificity and an AUC of 0.66 (95% CI 0.52–0.80). The blue area represents the 95% CIs of sensitivities for each value of specificities, and the 45-degree straight line represents a useless biomarker having a sensitivity of 10% at 90% specificity and an AUC value of 0.5.
