ABS-VIR-001 prevents SARS-CoV-2 pseudovirus infection in huACE-2 mice. Tamoxifen inducible ACE-2 mice were challenged with SARS-CoV-2-luc pseudovirus (intranasally, I.N.) and were randomly divided into 3 groups and treated as indicated and observed for body weight and bioluminescence (BLI). (A) Workflow of the pseudovirus animal study. (B) The bioluminescent imaging from D3, D4, and show drastic BLI reduction from D3 to D7 for Group 2 and Group 3, in contrast to the no treatment Group 1. (Error bars = SD) The graph was generated using the Prism (GraphPad) software v9.2.0 (https://www.graphpad.com/). (C) The relative total flux percentage of the quantified BLI measurements show a decreasing trend for Group 2 and Group 3, in contrast to the negative control Group 1.
