GLP-1-IR cells are regularly found in both villi and crypt epithelium, particular in C diet rats. CD3-IR cells are numerous throughout the mucosa, in lamina propria as well as intraepithelial, in both C (a) and HM (b) diet rats. Scale bar is 100 μm and applies to a and b.
