All data represent at least three independent experiments and are expressed as mean ± standard error of the mean (SEM). Data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA with Bonferroni's post-test. Asterisks indicate statistically significant differences (*P < 0.001 for each agonist). Results were similar when the experiments were repeated using different cells. Peptide concentration is 4 μM.
