Effects of LfcinB6, KR-12-a5, Lf-KR, and LL‐37 on the mRNA levels of iNOS and TNF-α in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 cells. RAW264.7 cells (5 × 105 cells/well) were incubated with the peptides in the presence of LPS (20 ng/mL) for 3 h (for TNF-α) or 6 h (for iNOS). Total RNA was isolated and analyzed to determine the levels of iNOS and TNF-α mRNAs by RT-PCR.
