Steps of traction-assisted endoscopic submucosal dissection for large esophageal cancer. (a) Marking dots were made after lugol chromoendoscopy. (b) The anal incision was performed. (c) The circumferential incisions and trimming the submucosa at the edge of the incision were completed. (d) The traction clip was anchored to anchored to the oral edge of the specimen. (e) During submucosal dissection, the traction thread was pulled in the oral direction with a sinker. (f) The clip-with-line traction method provides good visualization and tension of the submucosa. (g) After resection of the tumor. (h) Resected specimen after iodine staining. Complete en bloc resection is achieved.
