(b) Bar plot with each column representing the estimated membership coefficients for each individual sample, which were represented with numbers from 1 to 50 and grouped into FZ, CHY, JSJ, XS and WC. The proportion of the colour making up each column represents the proportion contributed by the subpopulation. Subpopulations 1 and 2 are represented by red and green colours, respectively (K = 2); Subpopulations 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 were represented by red, orange, yellow, light green, and green colors, respectively (K = 5).
