From: Identification of hub genes for adult patients with sepsis via RNA sequencing
Experimental flow chart of this study. RNA-seq was applied to sequence mRNAs and miRNAs in the peripheral blood of a total of 33 subjects. Combined with bioinformatics, this analysis was used to screen out the key genes and corresponding miRNAs in sepsis.
