The ND@Au cytotoxicity estimated with MTT test. The cell viability was measured at A549 cancer cell incubation with various concentrations of ND@Au and ND for 24 h. Control is non-treated A549 cell culture. n = 6, (three experiments were repeated twice), ns, P > 0.05 was considered not significant, **P < 0.01. Data are mean ± SD.
