Relative abundance of phosphorylated (activated) proteins of Ampkα-P; panels (a) and (e)) and proteins involved in the m-Tor signalling pathway (Akt-P; panels (b) and (f)), S6-P; panels (c) and (g)) and 4e-bp1-P; panels (d) and (h))] in liver and white muscle of normoxic controls (N), 1-week hypoxic (1WH) and 4-week hypoxic (4WH) goldfish. Protein size, specific phosphorylation sites and Blot images for all treatment groups are provided. All targets were quantified using secondary antibody infrared-based signals and normalized to total protein stained on the membrane. Values are means ± standard error of the mean (s.e.m.); sample size = 3–4 per group. Significant effects of chronic hypoxia are indicated as *(p < 0.05).
