Rhoifolin induced the apoptosis of pancreatic cancer cells. PANC-1 and ASPC-1 cells were addressed with 0, 25, 50, and 100 μg/ml rhoifolin, respectively. (A) TUNEL positive cells were examined using TUNEL staining. (B) The apoptosis rate was calculated based on the results of (A). (C) Cell apoptosis was monitored by applying Flow cytometry. (D) Western blotting analysis of caspase-12, Cleaved caspase-12, caspase-3, and Cleaved caspase-3 in the processed cells. (E) The relative comparability of Cleaved caspase-12/caspase-12 and Cleaved caspase-3/caspase-3 was counted on account of the western blotting results.
