Rhoifolin prevented the migration and invasion, and regulated AKT/JNK pathway in pancreatic cancer cells. PANC-1 cells or ASPC-1 cells were dealt with 100 µg/ml rhoifolin. (A) Transwell was utilized to determine the migration and invasion. (B) JNK, p-JNK, AKT, and p-AKT expressions were analyzed via western blotting analysis in the processed PANC-1 and ASPC-1 cells. (C) Quantitative analysis of p-AKT/AKT, AKT/GAPDH, p-JNK/JNK and JNK/GAPDH.
