Cytokine levels of mice inoculated with DC vaccine platforms. Cytokine levels were detected in the sera of mice, as described in Fig. 2 , and were measured using a multiparametric Luminex kit from Merck. Results are expressed as pg/mL of each cytokine ± SD of triplicate samples (P ≤ 0.05). Asterisk: Levels of cytokines should be multiplied tenfold. Double asterisk: Levels of cytokines should be divided twofold. Cytokine experiments were performed five times.
