Hypoxia related gene transcription of whole blood in HHT compared to non-HHT controls. Patients with HHT showed decreased HIF1A (A) and increased HIF2A (B) gene expression. The HIF-1α target gene EGLN1 (C) is significantly decreased in HHT patients. Data are presented as log2 x-fold regulation in mean ± SEM.
