From: NFκB (RelA) mediates transactivation of hnRNPD in oral cancer cells
Expression of RelA and hnRNPD in oral cancer. Paraffin-embedded tissue sections of oral cancer were immunostained using anti-hnRNPD or ant-RelA antibody. The expression of both the proteins was scored independently by two pathologists blinded to the identity of sections and their score. (A) The representative images of normal and OSCC immunostained sections. (B) Nuclear expression of RelA in normal and OSCC tissue specimens. (C) Correlation between hnRNPD and NFκB expression in OSCC. Spearmen’s correlation analysis revealed a strong positive correlation between nuclear expression of hnRNPD and NFκB in OSCC.
