The protein abundance of Cyp24a1 and VDR was normalized to the corresponding β-actin. All parameters were analyzed in samples from 12 weeks old wild type (WT), heterozygous (Het) and homozygous (Hom) 91del7 mice fed standard diet. Data are presented as single values together with mean ± SEM (n = 8 per group). Significance was tested by one-way ANOVA with Bonferroni correction.
