% Cell viability of HepG2 cells after treatment with potent derivatives (M7, M8 and M12) by using Taxol as Positive Control. The cells were treated with four different concentrations (5 µM, 10 µM, 15 µM and 20 µM) for 48 h and cell viability was measured by MTT assay. Data were analyzed as mean of three experiments ± S.D. (n = 3) by using PRISM 5 (GraphPad, San Diego, California, USA).
