Red bars indicate increased abundance in CF compared to WT mice, whilst blue bars indicate reduced abundance in CF compared to WT mice. For the complete list of differentially abundant taxa, see the Supplementary Tables. All taxa exhibiting a fold change above 30 are capped at that value for visualisation purposes.
