Nuclei are stained blue with 4′,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI). Box and whisker plots represent the number of cells counted expressing LRG5, MUC2 and DEFA5 as median ± 95% CI (n = 6 for each mice group). Statistical significance was determined by One-way ANOVA with differences between means identified, using Tukey’s multiple comparison post hoc test; ****P < 0.0001.
