Temporal immunofluorescent expressions of CTGF and TGF-β1 in cultured detrusor cells of control, pBOO + PBS and pBOO + hAFSCs. Compared with the control, cultured detrusor cells of pBOO rat have higher CTGF immunoreactivity at 2 and 6 weeks after pBOO, and higher TGF-β1 immunoreactivity at 2 weeks after pBOO.
