The steps for ligation and RT, and CT values of pfeRNA of 45 nt. (A) Five microliters of the extracted sncRNAs were ligated with adaptors in the 3′ end, and cDNA was synthesized by reverse transcription. (B) The specific CT values of pfeRNA of 45 nt from 32 clinical specimens. Three microliters of the synthesized cDNA, in a total volume of 20 µl, was used for qPCR detection. Undetermined means the levels of the target could not be detectable. All values are averages of six CT values from three independent repeats, and the error bars reflect the mean s.d.
