Cordyceps enriched in myriocin modulates gut microbial composition. C57Bl6/J mice fed high fat diets supplemented with starch (control), Sample 1 and Sample 6 for 12-weeks. Following euthanasia, cecum contents were collected and the composition of gut microbes was determined by 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing (A) Indices of α-diversity (Observed OTUs, Shannon Diversity, Evenness and Dominance).
