7-Methoxyisoflavone ameliorated AD symptoms in two different models. Topical 7-Methoxysioflavone modulates Th1/Th2 cytokine levels, attenuates mast cell infiltration, inhibits MAPKs and NF-κB signaling, reducing TSLP production and ameliorating inflammation in FITC (green)-induced atopic dermatitis mice. While this anti-inflammatory effect is achieved mainly through the inhibition of Th17-related chemokines production mediated by MAPKs-AP1 signaling in OXZ (purple)-induced atopic dermatitis mice (This figure was drawn by Hao Dong).
