Comparison of Fab-Fc distance and orientation fluctuations in 200 ns MD simulations using three different structures extracted at 0, 7.6, and 9 ns of the steered MD simulations discussed in Fig. 4. (a) Panel shows the probability distribution of \({R}_{23}\) and \({R}_{25}\) for the three sets of simulations. (b) Panel shows the probability distribution of \({\theta }_{123}\) and \({\theta }_{125}\). The distributions were computed from 3 replicates (0 ns) and two replicates for the rest. The length of the double-headed arrows displayed on the top of each panel is proportional to the relative separation between the Fab1 and Fab2 peaks.
