PEEK chambers significantly reduced lateral tilting in the third week, while tilting in both chambers was comparable for 12 days. This is further visualized in the heat map (B). Differences between the groups were analysed by multiple t-tests (Holm-Sidak), *p < 0.05, PEEK: n = 6, titanium: n = 6.
