(A) Quantitation of cells with strong ɣH2AX staining in the indicated sorted erythroblast populations. Left panels show representative flow cytometry plots and include the gate used for quantitation (black box). (B) Within each of the sorted erythroblast populations, the percentage of cells positive for ɣH2AX and EdU (right column graph) or positive for ɣH2AX but negative for EdU (left column graph) was measured.
