The model predicts \(29\pm 7.30\) colonies, while the sample contains 77 colonies of two types: 19 P. aeruginosa (big ones), and 58 C. albicans (small ones). The blue boxes represent all the colonies’ ground truth position and size. Uncertainties calculated using the bootstrap method.
