From: Freshwater unionid mussels threatened by predation of Round Goby (Neogobius melanostomus)
This pairwise identity matrix is based on the 278Â bp of the cytochrome c oxidase subunit 1 gene (COI) used in the reference database for 25 target unionid mussel species that were used for sequence read mapping. It includes the T. cylindrica COI sequence identified in this study. Sequence identities ranged from 63 to 99% across these 278 nucleotides.
