(b) Anneal derivative of gBlock positive control and Bactrocera trivialis TRV003 DNA in the BtrivEIF3L LAMP assay; in this LAMP run the gBlock positive anneals at ~ 86 °C, while B. trivialis DNA anneals at ~ 84 °C. The gBlock 1 × 106 copies/µL is the appropriate concentration for use as a control. (c) BtrivEIF3L assay gBlock standard curve run with serial dilutions from 1 × 108 copies/µL to 1 × 101 copies/µL.
