From: Re-introduction of an extinct population of Pulsatilla patens using different propagation techniques

Pulsatilla patens plants used for revitalization of extinct population on Sadowa Góra in Jaworzno. (A, B) Plants from seeds from Łagiewniki near Busko-Zdrój natural population germinated in vitro on ½ MS (Murashige & Skoog) + 2% saccharose (A) and in substrate: garden soil (B). (C) Plants regenerated in vitro via organogenesis or somatic embryogenesis. At these stages of the development plants (A–C) were transplanted on Sadowa Góra in Jaworzno in October 2020.
