Representative confocal images of double phalloidin//E-cadherin (A) or phalloidin/Vimentin (B) immunofluorescence corresponding to 2D monolayer cultures treated with TGF-β, 10% Matrigel, 10% Matrigel plus TGF-β or left untreated (UN). Cells were counterstained with phalloidin to visualize actin cytoskeleton and morphology, and Hoechst to visualize nuclei. Scale bars: 25 µm.
