Changes in the final body weights and the lung weight of rasH2 mice following inhalation exposure to TiO2 NPs (2, 8 or 32 mg/m3, 6 h/day, 5 days/week, 26 weeks). Final body weights in males (A) and females (B), and absolute lung weights in males (C) and females (D) were measured at sacrifice. The relative lung weights of males (E) and females (F) were calculated as a percentage of body weight. Dunnett’s multiple comparison test was used to compare with the age-matched control (0 mg/m3) groups: *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01 and ***p < 0.001.
